Common questions

• How do I talk to Jaznan?

  Open the Voice tab and tap Start. On Android, you can also enable “Listen for Hey Jaznan” in Settings to wake the coach with your voice.

• How do I cancel Pro?

  Manage or cancel your subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep Pro until the current period ends. Restore purchases is available in Settings.

• How do I delete my account?

  In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. That removes your tasks, events, tokens, and profile from our database. Or use the delete-account form on this site if you can’t open the app.

• Why does the app need the microphone?

  Microphone access powers live voice sessions. On Android, optional wake-word listening processes audio on-device and shows a status notification while listening is on.
