Terms of Service — Jaznan (Hey Jaznan)

These Terms govern your use of the Jaznan mobile app (“Hey Jaznan”, “the app”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Jaznan helps you manage schedules, reminders, goals, and coaching through voice and text. Features may change as we improve the product. Some features require a paid subscription (Pro).

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account in Settings → Delete account.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. Prices, trials, and renewals follow the store’s rules. Cancel anytime in the store subscription settings; you keep Pro until the current period ends. Restore purchases is available in Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt services, reverse engineer beyond what’s allowed by law, or use the assistant for unlawful purposes. Voice and text input may be sent to AI providers to fulfill your requests.

Voice and microphone

Microphone access is used for voice sessions and, if you enable it on Android, wake-word listening. A system notification may appear while background listening is on. You can turn listening off in Settings.

AI content

Assistant replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on suggestions. Do not rely on the app as medical, legal, or financial advice.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features that need the network will not work offline.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaznan and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app subscription in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you use only free features).

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. It is part of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise this document.
